These vintage opal dangle earrings are crafted in 9 carat yellow gold and showcase stunning oval opal gemstones with mesmerising play of colour. Each earring features a vibrant cabochon cut opal showcasing vivid flashes of blue and green dancing across its surface. The opals are bezel set in a polished gold surround, highlighting their beauty and adding classic elegance to their design. They dangle gracefully from the ear and fasten with butterfly push backs for a secure and comfortable fit. In very good condition, the ear posts are fully hallmarked for 9 carat gold. Care Instructions
Chemicals and chlorine can damage jewellery. It is recommended that you remove it when using body care products, spraying perfume or hairspray, bathing, swimming and whilst doing housework.
Settings and stones can be damaged by accidentally striking the hand against a hard surface. It is best to remove rings when carrying out any manual work or gardening.
To clean your jewellery use tepid water and a few drops of mild soap, a soft jewellery brush or cloth.
Extra care should be taken with opal, turquoise and pearl as these are porous so soaking should be avoided. To clean wipe with a damp soft cloth and avoid extreme changes in temperature.
When you are not wearing your jewellery it is best stored away in a suitable jewellery box for safekeeping.
