A fabulous vintage onyx signet ring crafted in solid 9 carat yellow gold hallmarked in London in 1976. At the heart of this ring is an oval cut onyx gemstone with a wonderful deep black hue. The gemstone is set in a yellow gold mount which compliments the onyx perfectly, adding a warmth and sophistication to the ring. In very good vintage condition with 9 carat gold hallmark to inner band. There are some light surface scratches to the gold and a wonderful soft patina from previous wear, forming part of its story and adding to its vintage charm and character. With its retro aesthetic, this charming signet is suitable for either a lady or a man and whether worn as a statement piece or a subtle accent, it is sure to make a lasting impression for years to come.

Care Instructions
Chemicals and chlorine can damage jewellery. It is recommended that you remove it when using body care products, spraying perfume or hairspray, bathing, swimming and whilst doing housework.
Settings and stones can be damaged by accidentally striking the hand against a hard surface. It is best to remove rings when carrying out any manual work or gardening.
To clean your jewellery use tepid water and a few drops of mild soap, a soft jewellery brush or cloth.
Extra care should be taken with opal, turquoise and pearl as these are porous so soaking should be avoided. To clean wipe with a damp soft cloth and avoid extreme changes in temperature.
When you are not wearing your jewellery it is best stored away in a suitable jewellery box for safekeeping.
