This vintage amethyst solitaire ring is a timeless treasure, crafted in solid 9 carat yellow gold dating back to 1988. At its heart lies a captivating oval cut amethyst gemstone with a deep purple hue, exuding a regal charm. The gemstone is nestled in a smooth bezel setting, allowing its rich colour to take centre stage, whilst being perfectly complimented by the warm glow of the yellow gold. It radiates a wonderful sparkle as light bounces off its facets. The design is further enhanced by elegant split shoulders that transition into a plain polished band creating a refined and sophisticated look. Chemicals and chlorine can damage jewellery. It is recommended that you remove it when using body care products, spraying perfume or hairspray, bathing, swimming and whilst doing housework.
Settings and stones can be damaged by accidentally striking the hand against a hard surface. It is best to remove rings when carrying out any manual work or gardening.
To clean your jewellery use tepid water and a few drops of mild soap, a soft jewellery brush or cloth.
Extra care should be taken with opal, turquoise and pearl as these are porous so soaking should be avoided. To clean wipe with a damp soft cloth and avoid extreme changes in temperature.
When you are not wearing your jewellery it is best stored away in a suitable jewellery box for safekeeping.
