A lovely vintage cameo ring crafted in 9 carat solid yellow gold hallmarked in London in 1966. This wonderful ring features a carved portrait of a lady set in a yellow gold bezel which provides a nice contrast and enhances the details of the carving. The elegant rectangular shape of the cameo provides a timeless and sophisticated look leading to a sturdy plain polished shank. It looks wonderful on the finger and has a nice solid heavy feel. In good vintage condition with light wear. The cameo does rattle slightly in the setting but is fully secure. The ring has been lightly cleaned and is ready to wear. A wonderful addition to any vintage jewellery lover's collection.

Care Instructions
Chemicals and chlorine can damage jewellery. It is recommended that you remove it when using body care products, spraying perfume or hairspray, bathing, swimming and whilst doing housework.
Settings and stones can be damaged by accidentally striking the hand against a hard surface. It is best to remove rings when carrying out any manual work or gardening.
To clean your jewellery use tepid water and a few drops of mild soap, a soft jewellery brush or cloth.
Extra care should be taken with opal, turquoise and pearl as these are porous so soaking should be avoided. To clean wipe with a damp soft cloth and avoid extreme changes in temperature.
When you are not wearing your jewellery it is best stored away in a suitable jewellery box for safekeeping.
