This beautiful and rare antique Victorian multi-gemstone fly brooch crafted in 15 carat yellow gold is a whimsical and charming piece with a rich historical allure. It fastens with a c-clasp and pin and comes complete with its antique box as pictured. It is designed in the shape of a delicate fly and adorned with a variety of vibrant gemstones that add a unique personality to this delightful lapel pin. The body is set with a striking peridot with a soft green glow complimented by a rich tiger's eye adding golden brown tones and an earthy elegance. The eyes are highlighted by bright red rubies offering a pop of colour which contrasts beautifully against the other stones. The wings are set with small rose cut diamonds adding a touch of Victorian elegance. Whilst one of the diamonds has a chip to the edge, it remains secure with the others set into resin for added durability. The head of the pin is topped with a stunning lapis lazuli gemstone accented with golden flecks, adding an extra layer of charm and rarity. The yellow gold is unmarked but tests as 15ct. Though showing some age related wear, typical for an antique piece from this period, it is in overall good condition. Its exquisite craftsmanship, playful design and beautiful combination of gemstones make it a truly special and eye catching accessory from the Victorian era.

International orders are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 7-21 days dependant on location.

Care Instructions
Chemicals and chlorine can damage jewellery. It is recommended that you remove it when using body care products, spraying perfume or hairspray, bathing, swimming and whilst doing housework.
Settings and stones can be damaged by accidentally striking the hand against a hard surface. It is best to remove rings when carrying out any manual work or gardening.
To clean your jewellery use tepid water and a few drops of mild soap, a soft jewellery brush or cloth.
Extra care should be taken with opal, turquoise and pearl as these are porous so soaking should be avoided. To clean wipe with a damp soft cloth and avoid extreme changes in temperature.
When you are not wearing your jewellery it is best stored away in a suitable jewellery box for safekeeping.
